Spring time is beautiful. This weekend Ryan, Braden and I enjoyed God's creation by taking a walk at Radnor Park on Saturday morning and then we enjoyed my mother's back yard later that day. (Disclaimer...I am not one to share "deep thoughts" on my blog but I have one to share this week). Due to several things that have happened this week, I have been reminded of God's faithfulness. So many times we endure hardships and wonder how we will every survive. I am guilty of forgetting all those times in my life when God did give me the strength to survive and exceed anything I would have ever expected. I am so thankful God is in control and shows us the beauty of His plan in His time. So to those of you/us who are in the "waiting" period for God to reveal His plan for your/our lives, be patient and pray for strength and peace. He will grant that to us......if we ask and continue to have faith in the One "from whom all blessings flow".

This and That
It has been a busy month! We have taken Braden to church since he was 5 weeks old but we have not taken him to class until this month. He has done great...he is so inquisitive so he loves to listen to Mrs. Mary Nelle sing and he loves to "pat" (or chew) the Bible. Braden had his 6 month pictures taken and did wonderful! Thanks to my mom for making his precious outfit (it's the one he is wearing in the church picture below). Ryan was in a wedding last weekend. His high school friend Jason got married at Riverwood Mansion. It was a beautiful wedding and we enjoyed a night out! We also enjoyed an evening with the Freudenthals and Sewells this week. Braden loved the attention and enjoyed patting and "yelling" at Max (he even made Max cry!!). Ryan celebrated his 30th birthday this month, and as usual, I did not take any pictures! I have been battling an infection on my foot and can't wear anything but flip flops. Who knew something so small could hurt so much??? I am now being treated for a staph infection...pray this round of antibiotics takes care of it!! Braden is sitting up and trying to crawl He is so much fun and is keeping us very busy. We are constantly on the go so he is learning to be very flexible (he doesn't always like it, but he is good most of the time!). We thank God everyday for a healthy and happy baby.
